Shipping policy
How Our Shop Works
All physical products in our shop — posters, art prints, clothing, and accessories — are produced on demand by our print-on-demand partners Printify and Printful. This means your order is made specifically for you after you place it. We do not hold physical inventory.
Production Time
Before your order ships it must be produced. Production times are:
- Posters and art prints: 3 to 7 business days
- Clothing and apparel: 3 to 7 business days
Production times may be longer during high-demand periods such as holidays. We will notify you if there is a significant delay.
Shipping Times
After production your order is handed to the shipping carrier. Estimated shipping times:
United States:
- Standard shipping: 3 to 7 business days after production
- Total estimated time from order to delivery: 6 to 14 business days
International:
- Estimated shipping: 10 to 20 business days after production depending on destination
- Total estimated time from order to delivery: 13 to 27 business days
These are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by carrier issues, weather, customs processing, or high volume periods are outside our control.
Shipping Carriers
Orders are shipped via USPS, FedEx, UPS, or DHL depending on your location and the fulfillment provider handling your specific order. The carrier is selected by our print-on-demand partner at the time of production.
Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been fulfilled and handed to the carrier. Use the tracking number to monitor your delivery on the carrier's website.
If you do not receive a tracking email within 10 business days of your order please contact us at hello@lilidesignzstudio.com with your order number.
Free Shipping
Free standard shipping is available on qualifying orders. Qualifying thresholds and promotions are displayed at checkout and on product pages. Free shipping applies to United States addresses only unless otherwise stated.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, the weight of your order, and the carrier rate at time of fulfillment. We do not mark up shipping costs — you pay the carrier rate.
International Shipping
We ship to most countries worldwide. International buyers are responsible for:
- All customs fees and import duties charged by their country
- Any taxes imposed on imported goods
- Delays caused by customs processing
We are not responsible for packages held at customs. If a package is returned to us due to refused customs entry or unpaid duties we will contact you to discuss options. Reshipment costs are the buyer's responsibility.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photographs of the damage. We will arrange a replacement.
If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it please allow 24 hours as packages are sometimes marked delivered before physical arrival. If it still has not arrived after 24 hours contact us and we will help you file a claim with the carrier.
We are not responsible for packages stolen after delivery.
Multiple Items in One Order
If your order contains items fulfilled by different providers — for example a poster from Printify and a sticker from Printful — your items may arrive in separate packages at different times. You will receive a separate tracking number for each shipment.
