Our Policy
Because every physical product in our shop is printed on demand specifically for you the moment your order is placed we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on the basis of preference, change of mind, or incorrect size selection.
Please read the following carefully before placing your order.
Physical Print Products — Posters and Art Prints
All poster and art print sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on physical prints.
Exception — Damaged or Defective Orders:
If your poster arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective we will replace it at no cost to you. To request a replacement:
- Contact us at hello@lilidesignzstudio.com within 7 days of your delivery date
- Include your order number and clear photographs showing the damage or defect
- We will review your request and arrange a replacement as quickly as possible
We are not responsible for damage caused by improper storage or handling after delivery.
Clothing and Apparel
All clothing sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for size, color preference, or change of mind. Please review sizing information carefully on each product page before purchasing.
Exception — Damaged or Defective Orders:
If your clothing item arrives with a production defect — such as a misprinted graphic, a seam defect, or print damage — contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photographs. We will arrange a replacement.
Print placement variance:
DTG (direct-to-garment) printing may result in slight variations in print placement of up to 0.5 inches from the preview shown. This is a normal characteristic of DTG production and does not constitute a defect.
Color variance:
Colors may appear slightly different from what you see on screen due to differences in monitor calibration and the nature of printing on fabric. This is not a defect and is not eligible for replacement.
Digital Products
All digital product sales are final and non-refundable.
Digital products are delivered instantly upon payment confirmation. Because the files are immediately accessible we cannot offer refunds once a digital product has been purchased or downloaded. Please review all product descriptions, contents lists, and preview images carefully before purchasing.
If you experience a technical issue accessing your digital download contact us at hello@lilidesignzstudio.com and we will resolve it promptly.
Design Service Deposits
All design service deposits are non-refundable.
The 50% deposit paid at the beginning of any design project is non-refundable as it secures your spot in our schedule and covers initial work performed on your project. If you choose to cancel a project after work has begun the deposit is retained regardless of the stage of completion.
For projects cancelled after more than 50% of the work is complete the full project fee applies. Please refer to your signed service agreement for full cancellation terms.
Custom Commission Posters
Custom commission deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances.
Because every custom commission poster is designed specifically for one buyer based on their individual brief we cannot offer refunds once work has begun. If your physical commission print arrives damaged contact us within 7 days with photographs and we will arrange a reprint.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery confirmation by the carrier. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package:
- Check with neighbors and building management
- Contact your local post office or carrier with your tracking number
- If the package cannot be located contact us and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier
Wrong Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address we will contact you to arrange reshipment at an additional shipping cost.
International Orders
We ship internationally. International buyers are responsible for all customs fees, import duties, and taxes imposed by their country. We do not refund orders that are refused at customs or returned due to unpaid duties.
